Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

The delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier. Below are the estimated delivery times based on country:

  • 🌍 United States: 5–10 business days
  • 🌍 Canada: 7–14 business days
  • 🌍 Europe: 7–15 business days
  • 🌍 Australia: 10–18 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of the World: 15–20 business days

Please note that during peak times, holidays, or due to customs inspections, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Unexpected customs clearance issues may also extend delivery times for international shipments.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If an address issue is detected, our team will email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Should you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at contact@teodelle.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this time.


Delayed Delivery

We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to process and ship all orders promptly. However, some delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

  • Courier delays (e.g., severe weather or transit disruptions)
  • Customs clearance issues for international orders
  • Product availability, address verification, or payment processing delays

While Teodelle is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, we will work with our courier partners to resolve issues and keep you informed. If your delivery is delayed, please reach out to our team at contact@teodelle.com for assistance.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at contact@teodelle.com immediately. While we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after dispatch, we will assist you in the following ways:

  1. Contacting the courier company to initiate a claim on your behalf.
  2. Providing guidance to help you file a claim with the courier.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. For unresolved cases, we recommend filing a police report for further investigation.
